堆叠式污泥脱水机堆叠式污泥脱水机具有广泛的应用范围,原油.市政.化工厂.养殖.制药.印染等各种工业废水均可使用。本产品使用寿命长,占地面积小,维护方便,运行成本低,可保持24小时的自动运行。此外,低浓度处理的特点促进了设备在一定水平上减少了对污泥储存池(浓缩池)的懒惰。脱水器的主体是一种由固定环和游泳环相互堆叠或桶形、
螺旋轴贯穿其中的过滑设备.由于螺旋轴的内径大于游动环的内径,螺旋轴的旋转推动游动环进行圆周运动,避免堵塞.固定环和游动环之间的间隙沿着泥饼的出入口方向缓慢缩小,从浓缩部分到脱水部分。浓缩部分按作用力浓缩后,将污泥输送至脱水部分,在排出入口销钉内压作用下强制脱水。
流沉淀池式溶气浮机适用于气浮机→液或液→液体分离。
根据容器和释放系统软件在水中产生大量的微气泡,
使其附着在污水密度接近水的固体或液体颗粒上,导致整体密度低于水,并借助浮力将其提升到河流上,从而实现固体→液或液→液体分离的目地。
