Haipuou has abundant engineering cases in wastewater treatment for textile and printing & dyeing mills, specializing in solving industry pain points of printing and dyeing wastewater such as high chroma, high COD, poor biodegradability and high salinity. For wastewater from different working procedures including desizing, scouring and dyeing, we adopt the core process of "graded pretreatment + coagulation air flotation + hydrolytic acidification + biological contact oxidation + advanced oxidation + membrane advanced treatment", which efficiently removes dyes, sizing agents and auxiliaries. The decolorization rate exceeds 90% and the COD removal rate is over 85%. The effluent of the project steadily meets discharge standards and can be directly reused in production with a water reuse rate of more than 65%, greatly cutting enterprises' water and pollutant discharge costs.
