As spring returns and warm sunshine spreads, all things take on a fresh new look. On the arrival of the 2026 Spring Festival, we would like to express our gratitude to all staff for your hard work and dedication over the past year. To let everyone spend a safe, peaceful and fulfilling holiday, and ensure smooth handover of all work after the holiday, in light of the Group’s actual production and operation conditions, we hereby issue a notice regarding the 2026 Spring Festival holiday schedule and relevant arrangements as follows:
           I. Holiday Schedule

   The Spring Festival holiday of Haipuou Environmental Protection Group is from February 11 to 23, with a total of 12 days including compensatory leave.

   Don’t worry! We will have staff on duty every day to receive visiting clients at any time.

   All entrepreneurs are welcome to come for factory visits!
       II. Pre-Holiday Work Requirements
       1. Work Handover & Wrap-up: All departments shall complete phased summaries of their daily work before February 11. For key projects, designated handover contacts and coordination procedures must be clarified to guarantee orderly handling of urgent matters during the holiday. All employees shall tidy up personal workstations and properly store important documents and supplies.
       2. Hidden Danger Inspection: The Production Department shall finish equipment maintenance and material sorting, and cut off unnecessary power, water and gas supplies. The Administration Department will organize a comprehensive pre-holiday safety inspection, focusing on fire protection and electricity safety in offices, production workshops and warehouses to eliminate all potential hazards.
       3. Customer Service Coordination: Business departments shall inform cooperative clients of the holiday schedule in advance and provide contacts for urgent business to ensure timely response to customer demands. The Marketing Department shall make full preparations for brand public opinion monitoring and emergency disposal throughout the holiday.
       III. Warm Holiday Reminders
       1. Safety First: Please abide by traffic rules and plan travel routes reasonably to avoid peak Spring Festival congestion. Take good care of personal and property safety, stay away from flammable and explosive materials, and implement fire prevention and anti-theft measures at home. Take personal health protection during trips or homecoming and maintain good hygiene habits.
       2. Reasonable Schedule: While enjoying family reunion, arrange your rest properly and avoid over-exhaustion to stay physically and mentally healthy and restore full energy for work resumption.
       3. Emergency Contact Mechanism: The Group will assign on-duty staff during the holiday. Please call the duty hotline for any urgent issues, and the staff will coordinate solutions immediately.
       4. Mandatory Return to Work: All staff shall arrange return trips to ensure attendance on February 24. Those who cannot return on time for special reasons must submit a written leave application to department supervisors and the Administration Department for approval in advance. Unauthorized late attendance or absence will be handled in accordance with the Group’s attendance regulations.
