The Haipou Environmental Protection bridge-type sludge scraper (or sludge suction machine) is a fully automated, integrated sludge removal system specifically designed for horizontal-flow and inclined-tube sedimentation tanks. Featuring a lightweight truss structure that spans the tank, the system comprises a working bridge, a dual-side drive mechanism, an intelligent sludge suction system, an electrical control system, a siphon generator, and an optional scum skimming device. Its highly integrated design and logical layout allow it to adapt perfectly to the operating conditions of various rectangular sedimentation tanks.

The equipment supports three sludge removal modes—siphon suction, pump suction, and a hybrid pump-siphon mode—allowing for selection based on specific water quality and tank conditions. It utilizes a four-point support design to travel smoothly back and forth along rails on both sides of the tank, performing simultaneous travel and sludge suction. Automated reversal cycles, controlled by travel limits, ensure continuous extraction and discharge of settled sludge, effectively replacing manual cleaning and eliminating issues such as sludge accumulation and water quality deterioration. The main structure undergoes hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection, guaranteeing rust-free performance for five years, while all core components in contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel for superior corrosion and aging resistance.
