The Haipuou Environmental Protection belt filter press is a fully automated, continuous-operation system designed specifically for sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation. It is widely used for sludge volume reduction in municipal sewage and various industrial wastewater treatment projects. Featuring a compact, modern design, the unit integrates key components such as the frame, drive system, pressing roller assembly, upper and lower filter belts, belt tensioning and automatic tracking systems, belt cleaning mechanism, discharge unit, and pneumatic and electrical control systems. With its scientifically optimized layout, innovative design, and high level of integration, it stands as a mainstream, high-efficiency solution for sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation.

The equipment operates based on a proven four-stage dewatering principle, encompassing the entire process of flocculation pretreatment, gravity dewatering, wedge-zone pre-compression, and gradient pressing. Flocculated sludge is evenly fed onto the filter belts; it first passes through the gravity dewatering zone to remove a large amount of free water and reduce sludge fluidity. It then enters the wedge zone for pre-compression, effectively eliminating the risk of sludge runoff. Finally, the sludge passes through multiple sets of pressing rollers with progressively changing diameters, applying gradually increasing pressure to squeeze out internal moisture layer by layer, ultimately producing a low-moisture filter cake and achieving solid-liquid separation. Equipped with a fully automated control system, the unit manages belt speed, tension, tracking, and cleaning without the need for constant manual supervision, enabling stable, continuous 24-hour operation with consistent dewatering performance and a low failure rate.
