The system comprises a fixed working bridge, a planetary drive unit, a central support, a drive shaft, a flow-stabilizing cylinder, a sludge-scraping truss, scraper blades, a scum scraper, an overflow device, and an electrical control system, all integrated into a streamlined, compact layout. Its operating principle is scientifically sound and highly efficient: wastewater enters through the central flow-stabilizing cylinder and disperses evenly toward the tank perimeter. As the flow area increases and velocity decreases, suspended solids, silt, and impurities settle thoroughly to the tank bottom. Driven by the central mechanism, the scraper arms and blades rotate at a constant speed around the tank center, continuously and evenly collecting settled sludge into the central sludge hopper, where it is automatically discharged via the sludge outlet pipe using hydrostatic pressure. Simultaneously, surface scum is collected by a specialized scum scraper and scum baffle, then conveyed to a scum hopper for centralized discharge. The system performs both bottom sludge scraping and surface scum removal concurrently, operating continuously and automatically without the need for manual intervention.
