The Haipuou Environmental Protection Integrated Air Flotation and Sedimentation Unit—also known as the Integrated Air Flotation and Filtration Unit—is a multifunctional, all-in-one wastewater treatment system. It integrates chemical dosing and reaction, dissolved air flotation (DAF), sedimentation and filtration, and adsorption-based purification. It is specifically designed to handle complex wastewater scenarios where floc particles have a specific gravity close to that of water, making conventional sedimentation methods ineffective. By overcoming the limitations of standalone air flotation or sedimentation equipment, this unit consolidates multi-stage purification processes into a single, comprehensive system, enabling one-stop wastewater treatment. It serves as a core piece of equipment for both the pre-treatment and advanced purification of industrial wastewater.

The system features a high level of integration. Its standard configuration includes a wastewater pump, a metering dosing unit, a dosing tank, a reaction tank, an air flotation tank, a high-efficiency dissolved air flotation system, a sand filter, an activated carbon adsorption column, and a fully automated electrical control system; the entire unit offers comprehensive functionality with seamlessly linked processing stages.
