一、Product Introduction

Haipuou Environmental Protection Group fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) anti-corrosion containerized integrated sewage treatment equipment is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant system designed for challenging, corrosive operating environments. Building upon the foundation of standard containerized integrated sewage treatment units, this equipment features an upgraded "three-coat, two-layer" epoxy-FRP anti-corrosion process. Specialized, reinforced anti-corrosion treatments are applied to the entire exterior shell and all wetted components, fundamentally resolving industry-wide issues such as rust, aging, coating delamination, and reduced service life caused by exposure to sewage, acidic or alkaline media, and humid environments.

The "three-coat, two-layer" anti-corrosion method is a standardized, professional application process: after the base material is thoroughly cleaned and derusted, a first layer of anti-corrosion coating is applied, followed by a layer of fiberglass cloth and a second coat of anti-corrosion material. Once the coating has fully cured, another layer of anti-corrosion material is applied, followed by a second layer of fiberglass cloth; finally, a uniform anti-corrosion topcoat is applied to the entire unit, creating a composite protective barrier consisting of three layers of coating and two layers of fiberglass cloth. By combining this process with mature integrated biochemical treatment technology, the system efficiently removes pollutants—such as COD, BOD5, ammonia nitrogen, and suspended solids—ensuring stable compliance with discharge standards and enabling resource recovery. It retains the core advantages of containerized equipment—rapid installation, a compact footprint, and intelligent operation and maintenance—making it particularly well-suited for sewage treatment applications in the chemical, industrial, mining, coastal, and high-salinity/high-corrosion sectors.
