The Haipuou Environmental Protection Inclined Tube Settling Tank—also known as an inclined tube settler or purifier—is a technologically advanced, highly efficient, and energy-saving piece of solid-liquid separation equipment for wastewater treatment. Belonging to the XG series of inclined plate and tube settling/purification units, it is widely integrated into various wastewater treatment processes, serving as core equipment for both preliminary pretreatment and advanced purification in municipal and industrial wastewater projects. The unit features a robust steel structure treated with an anti-corrosive resin coating, ensuring durability and a long service life. Its core purification component utilizes high-quality hexagonal honeycomb inclined tube media made from materials such as ethylene-propylene copolymer, FRP, PP, or PVC. Standard specifications include a 60° inclination angle and a 1-meter tube length, with standard inscribed circle diameters ranging from 25mm to 80mm; however, the aperture, inclination angle, and processing specifications can be flexibly adjusted based on actual water quality conditions and wastewater test data to precisely meet specific treatment needs and achieve optimal settling and purification results.

This equipment supports both standardized selection and customized configurations, offering a range of models to accommodate various wastewater flow rates. Operation requires the dosing of coagulants and flocculants; by leveraging the principle of shallow-layer sedimentation within the honeycomb inclined tubes, the system significantly reduces the settling distance for impurities and enhances solid-liquid separation efficiency.
