The Haipuou Environmental Protection sludge drying system is a new generation of energy-efficient, integrated equipment for sludge volume reduction and resource recovery, independently developed by the company. It overcomes the drawbacks of traditional high-temperature drying processes by innovatively combining "high-pressure cell-disruption dewatering" with "air-source heat pump low-temperature drying." This system achieves superior deep dewatering and drying, serving as core specialized equipment for the harmless treatment, volume reduction, and resource recovery of municipal and industrial sludge.

Utilizing a dual-stage process—high-pressure cell-disruption pretreatment followed by low-temperature gradient drying—the system treats various types of wet sludge, consistently reducing moisture content to below 20%. The resulting dried sludge granules possess a low heating value of 2,200–3,500 kcal/kg (varying based on organic matter content), offering high value for resource recovery; they can be fed directly into biomass boilers or used as blended fuel in circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers. This effectively resolves industry pain points such as disposal difficulties, land-intensive stockpiling, secondary pollution, and resource waste. The equipment features a fully enclosed, modular design and an intelligent PLC control system, enabling fully automated temperature control and smart operation and maintenance. Operating temperatures are controlled within an ultra-low range of 35–85°C, with an output temperature below 45°C; this eliminates the need for secondary cooling, allowing for direct storage and transport, and ensures stable, continuous operation within the facility.
