Overcoming the drawbacks of traditional direct combustion, the equipment employs a four-stage core process: primary pyrolysis gasification, circumferential air-assisted mixing, secondary high-temperature incineration, and tail-end burnout treatment. This approach effectively resolves industry challenges such as incomplete combustion, excessive flue gas emissions, and secondary pollution, resulting in a highly efficient, eco-friendly, energy-saving, and fully automated small-scale solid waste disposal solution.

The system utilizes zoned temperature control and pyrolysis gasification technology. The primary combustion chamber maintains a precise temperature of 200–400°C to achieve low-temperature gasification and decomposition of waste, thereby preventing clinkering, coking, and sintering. The secondary combustion chamber features a circumferential air distribution and tangential combustion-assist structure, extending the flue gas residence time at high temperatures (exceeding 2 seconds) to ensure the complete burnout of combustible gases and fly ash combustibles, while simultaneously utilizing rotating airflow for preliminary in-furnace dust removal. The unit employs a fully sealed "male-female" joint structure and operates under constant negative pressure, completely isolating the interior from the outside air to prevent the leakage of odors and dust. A dry flue gas purification system is integrated at the tail end, featuring a calcium hydroxide filter brick neutralization unit; this efficiently adsorbs and decomposes substances such as hydrogen chloride, sulfur oxides, odors, and harmful flue gases.
