The operational workflow is scientifically structured: after chemical dosing and flocculation, the wastewater enters the mixing zone of the DAF unit, where it thoroughly mixes with high-pressure dissolved-air water released by the system; this allows flocculated impurities to adhere firmly to the surfaces of micro-bubbles. The mixture then flows into the separation zone, where the bubbles—carrying the flocs—rise rapidly to the surface due to buoyancy, accumulating to form a layer of scum. Meanwhile, the clarified water in the lower section is collected and directed into a clean water tank; a portion is recycled as dissolved-air water to ensure continuous, stable operation, while the remaining treated water discharges through an overflow outlet.
