The Haipuou Environmental Protection Waste Gas Purification Tower is a versatile, high-efficiency treatment unit designed for industrial waste gas management. Specializing in the purification of acidic and alkaline exhaust, it is widely used in projects ensuring industrial emissions meet regulatory standards. The equipment employs a core process of two-phase counter-current packed-bed absorption. By combining multi-stage packed-bed adsorption with stratified spray-based chemical reactions, it effectively removes harmful acidic and alkaline pollutants. This approach resolves issues such as excessive emissions and odor nuisances, ensuring that treated exhaust fully complies with national discharge standards for safe release.

The system features a scientifically designed, closed-loop operational process with comprehensive purification stages. Waste gas enters the tower tangentially through the bottom inlet; driven by a fan, it rapidly fills the intake section and passes through a flow-equalization zone to stabilize the airflow before rising to the first-stage packed absorption section. Here, the gas makes full contact with the absorbing liquid on the packing surface; acidic or alkaline pollutants in the gas phase react with neutralizing agents in the liquid phase to form soluble salts, which flow back to the bottom reservoir, completing the initial purification. Residual gas continues to rise into the first-stage spray section, where atomized chemical reagents from high-pressure nozzles facilitate a secondary reaction. The gas then proceeds through a second-stage packed section and a second-stage spray section, where varying nozzle densities and spray pressures ensure the precise absorption of remaining pollutants at different concentrations. Throughout the process, precise control of the empty-tower velocity and gas residence time ensures stable and thorough mass transfer, heat transfer, and chemical reactions. Finally, the purified gas passes through a top-mounted mist elimination section to completely remove water vapor and reagent droplets, allowing clean air to be discharged from the top exhaust outlet in compliance with standards.
